Hassan Gibson is an award-winning chef with more than three decades in the culinary industry. He trained in French cuisine and sharpened his craft in London at Le Gavroche, bringing a fine-dining foundation to every kitchen he enters.
His range moves from French technique to Japanese precision, Caribbean warmth, East Indian spice, Mexican brightness, café-style dishes, pastry, cakes, smoking and barbecue. The common thread is generous food built with serious craft.
A true artist at heart, Hassan also brings fine art instincts to his culinary work. He loves to teach, collaborate and lead, whether he is designing a tasting menu or helping a kitchen team find its rhythm.
